Here in zone 6B in CT, the deer have eaten the candytuft and left the creeping Veronicas alone. I have not grown Georgia Blue, but just planted some! The other veronicas I have grown (Replens, Turkish, and one other) have spread quite rapidly between flagstones on a walkway. Good Luck!

I think the two would look great together! In my experience, Candytuft will take longer to settle in and start to spread much at all, so you might want to plant them closer together. 'Georgia Blue' should take off much more quickly but seems to be very controllable--it doesn't spread nearly as quickly or as densely at repens or turkish. G.B. leaves usually turn a pretty red in fall. It's also considerably taller than V. repens or V. liwanensis (turkish), so it should be just about the same height as the candytuft--depending on which variety you pick. When they're done blooming, I'd cut them both back pretty severely. G.B. you can cut virtually all the way down to the ground and it will get pretty, fresh, new foliage--and it will probably rebloom at some point. Candytuft is a little harder and takes some experimenting with. I'd recommend cutting it back about a third the first time and see what happens. If yours start developing a lot of new growth at the base, you can cut them back further the next time, but I would never cut them all the way down until after you have new growth showing at the base. I've never had it, but there's a variety named 'Autumn Beauty' that's supposed to rebloom in the fall if you can find it (about 12").

If you like the creeping veronica's, try some V. x. 'Waterperry'. I'ts my favorite! It stays low like turkish, but it's prettier. The tiny little leaves have scalloped edges, and when it's blooming it looks like lavender lace. Real frilly looking! It spreads a lot!
