This is the first spring for my 4 Blue Arrow foundation plantings. I have just read that they should be cut back in late winter. Have I missed the timeframe for cutting and should I just leave them for this year and then cut late next winter. It's gonna get down to 30 degrees tonight but no snow forecasted!! How much growth could I expect this year if i cut back today? Thanks from fledgling shrubber
