Evergreen Groundcover for full sun in Zone 6

I need suggestions for an Evergreen Groundcover for full sun in Zone 6.

The area is in front of my house and surrounded by belgian blocks. Right now I have Pachysandra there but it does not do well in the sun so I want to replace it. I just replaced a rose bush in the center of this area with a Knock Out Rose variety to become low maintenance, and now I am working to do the same for the groundcover surrounding the rose bush.
