Of the hundreds of varieties of OG I've grown, only one was definitely an allergen for me; Anthoxanthum odoratum (Sweet Vernal Grass). While I have mild allergies almost all season, I've never isolated another ornamental grass which worsened it. Trees, Shrubs, turf grass, weeds..yes, but not ornamental grasses.

Thought I'd revive this, because I am also curious if there are ornamental grasses that don't trigger allergies. Particularly interested in pink muhly, since it's such a stunner -- but I have a big allergy to Timothy, figure there may be others I am allergic to. Thanks!
