Just tilled new garden area. I added several bags Black Cow. Made several hills and planted my pumpkin seeds and watermelon seeds. I then covered the area with black plastic and cut the plastic free from the hills. Do I need to remove the plastic in a couple weeks or can I let the vines grow across it?
