Last year I put 3 plants in and they looked quite special -- mounding nicely with no flower heads. Now what do I do with them? I cut back one -- it looks ratty. The other 2 I left and they look rattier, except that they are getting flower heads already?? Are these guys just to be treated as an annual? These are the first grasses I've ever put in and no nothing about them.
