I ordered over $200.00 worth of grass from them in May. It is an "OK" nursery.
I had seven or eight grasses die complained, but no replacements. The woman there is very tempermental and she will immediately tell you that you did this wrong and that wrong (when I did not). She acts like she is so busy and is hard to have her help you with suggestions. However, after weeks she returned responses to my questions.

This woman promised that Jim would call me and ask about the dead plants. He never did. Look around your community for a drive and pick-up of what grasses you would like. Taking them home immediately is a great advantage over the time they spend in shipping. Plants suffer in boxes and darkness for days on end while in shipping.
