My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Is there a 'grasses' forum? I can't find one. I have a question about Elijah Blue - have six and they were all as blue as can be....then one of them threw up scapes of seed and I cut them off and now it's starting to turn 'brown' - like late in the year when it starts to go dormant - like 'dry' in almost half of it. We've had lots of rain but you would think that would affect all of them...any clues?
