I did a search, and only found one wine recipe, but it used summer squash, not a winter variety.

With their high sugar content, it seems like winter varieties make good candidates for making wine. I will have a ton of sweet squash this year, so i plan on trying my hand at making some wine.

Any of you ever done it?
