Carex Oshimensis 'Evergold'

I saw this plant at Home Depot today and was mesmerized. How big does it get? (There was no info, just the name). What are the exposure and nutrient requirements? I'm familiar only with Hakonachloa (Japanese Forest Grass) which is easy in this climate (Zone 5 - Chicagoland). I use it as a front of the border interest for hosta beds - gorgeous over rocks. But Carex Oshimensis doesn't look like it will flop over rocks. Where is it ideally suited?

Thanks for any input!
