Hello,

I've tried growing all types of grass in the 8'x10' area in the center of my condo garden, with no success. Looks good for short while, then either gets too wet or too dry; no matter how much effort - the end result is the same. The area must handle my footsteps as I'm in the garden daily, and I'm baffled what to try next. I hate the idea of simply paving the area.

Is there some very low, hardy ground cover that can take daily traffic that could work in my conditions in Maryland

Help, please.
