Hakonachloa - Japanese Forest Grass

18 years ago

I planted four last year and they look just like they did at the nursery - they don't seem to be getting any bigger. Is it a slow grower (Chicagoland - Zone 5) or am I supposed to be fertilizing and if so, with what? They get half sun/shade.
