Grew some squash for the blossoms. Was out of town for a week. Got lots of beautiful small yellow/green scalloped fruit. Tried to peel it and skin was to hard. Microwaved it and scooped out a bunch of seeds, not much meat, but smelled great. How do I use this kind of squash? thanks
