tall grasses - colored grasses?

Have to "plant" the hill that runs from the edge of my deck to a small lake - thinking something tall and feathery in the back, and small colorful (blue fescues? are there red fescues?) plants in front - if anyone has any to spare, or can point me towards a good source, THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!
