hi all! i'm a newb at growing things. we planted pumpkin, green bean and watermelon seeds in April. its now July and the pumpkin vines are doing amazing! the largest is close to 15-20 feet long. there are a TON of male flowers. i noticed the first one July 1, which was 2 weeks ago. since then, we've had 28 males(lol, my daughter thinks we'll have 28 pumpkins) however, now the males are falling off. i havent seen ANY females at all, not even any buds hat could possibly be a female flower. everything i've ready says 1-2 weeks after the males appear. when did your females come? i usually check every night but after researching, i need to be checking every morning.

oh, and how successful have you been with self polinating?
