Have two questions:

1)Have a grass that was planted in my yard. Grass is about 18 inches tall and currently has fronds (?) or seed stalks that are about 36 inches tall and with purple endsm. Reminds me of what my Dad called rye grass except for that the ends are purple. Know is not much but can someone assist in identifying? Would particularly like to know how to care for it.

2) Would like to know if Juncus "Corkscrew" can work in a foundation planting as opposed to a pond environment. Can be planted in a North or West exposure close to a downspout.
