A '50' sized plug of grass is a really small critter, and will need TLC, particularly from now through next spring. 'Cloud Nine' is a warm season grass, and due to go into dormancy in a very short time. You need to get these plugs comfortable, so they can establish themselves before that dormancy period, and winter.

I'd pot them up to larger surroundings. I bought a few trays of 36's last spring, and potted them up to 1 quart plant bands. They've spent the past 14 weeks being lovingly protected from drought, too much wind and too much sun, and are just now to the point where I'm comfortable putting them in the ground (I just planted out 36 Miscanthus purpurescens this morning. They're now in a holding bed until early next spring, when they'll be moved, some to another nursery bed, and some to nursery pots.) I did the same with Panicum amarum 'Dewey Blue' last week.

The point is, these plugs you ordered have probably never been outside a greenhouse. If you stick them in the ground now, be prepared for some fatalities.
