Winter Luxury Pie

So bummed I didn't grow Winter Luxury Pie this year. Didn't even know it existed till this week. Anyone here growing it? Does it taste yummy? I did read it doesn't last as long as pie pumpkin so should be canned or eaten soon. Does it last a few months? Thanks!
