Jodi, have you logged in to Garden Web from their PC? You may need to do that in order to view pictures. I'm not real sure about that. :-)

Hi,
If she has an internet security system installed, photobucket photos will not appear. I have to shut off the one my husband installed when I come here to look at all the wonderful photos. The one he installed is called Zone Alarm Pro, I'm sure there are probably others.

I had the same problem last year and resolved it by downloading adobie. It is free on the net and easy to install. Hope this helps.
