It is a blue color.
I'll keep it if it turns color. It really doesn't look a lot like a weed, it is some kind of ornamental grass, or wild grass.

You can tell if its Little Bluestem by checking the base where the blades start. If they are flat, like an iris, its bluestem. Some have very blue spring/summer foliage color and the seed heads are especially nice if backlit by late afternoon sun and for winter interest. It does seed about a lot though, I deadhead mine in late winter when they start to really shatter.
