My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Panicum Heavy Metal

I have several species of OG. Panicum HM is the only one that is a severe flopper--I am probably going to stick it in a back corner next year. Does anyone else have the same problem with this grass? Is this an inherent problem with this species.
