Well, persistance pays off in the end! I've been working with apple gourds for about 8 years now, trying to come up with a prize winner, and I think I may finally have it! I give you the MegaloApple!

29 inches in circumference, 13 inches tall and Daddy is very proud!
It was a very good season here in the South Carolina foothills-how'd you guys make out this year?
PS- on the seed exchange forum I have some 120 lb. bushel gourd seeds available for stuff I'm looking for. If you'd like some, check it out and see if you can help out an old gourd farmer in his declining years!
