All three are cool season crops which means a fall planting or very early spring. It's too late for broccoli, but you might be able to get a crop of lettuce and beans before the heat sets in. Don't waste any time ... do it now!

It is find to do the beans now but you will be wasting seeds with the broccoli and lettuce. Summer is pepper, eggplant, okra, squash (if the bores do not kill them) cantaloupe Check with your extension agent for planting times for your area. They can give you a lot more information for that area but have fun, that dirt sure gets into the blood.
