Anyone with exper. with Amerishade St augustine grass

I need to replace St. Augustine grass in a area of my yard that receives dappled shade. Other St. Ausustines gradually weaken and don't survive with that much shade.

Amerishade was recommended. Anyone with personal experience with Amerishade and its success in shade would be appreciated.
