Papa de Rola is a two color bean that was sold by Bakers Creek last year. They had a history for it with origin in Portugal. I don't know if that is correct or not but do know that several large two color beans such as Snowcap are available. These beans are used as shellies or as dried beans.

I would suggest that you send a note to Seeds of the Southwest since they specialize in Native American Seeds. They may not list it but they may have some to sell to you. The Gila River runs through the Pima Indian reservation, so I would bet this is one of their varieties.
