I am growing several varietie of beans this year both for dried & fresh eating. The plants are doing beautifully so far.

One of the varieties I have planted is Tiger Eye from Seed Savers. According to the package and their website this is a bush bean, yet the plants are extending runners up about 1.5' looking for a trellis! Had I known I would have provides support as I did with my other climbers.

Has anyone else grown TE before, and are they really climbers instead of bush? Let me know, cuz if they are climbers I will contact SS and let them know to change their packaging. I know they are the right bean because of their distinctive coloring. Any comments?
