It's too bad you won't see them at their most colorful. In the summer most turn rather blah but are their most colorful in the spring and autumn. Healthy looking guy though. I'm sure it'll do fine.

It's a bit of a compromise. I hate leaving my gardens at home when they are looking great, but our lifestyle right now allows us to spend most of three months on the banks of the St. Lawrence River, watching the river flow past. To stave off the separation anxiety i have newly planted gardens at the cottage - makes me anxious to get there and see what's growing!
