Try Home Depot or Lowes. They should have some. Try some of the local people such as Jungle Music or JD Andersen.

Unless you have a good microclimate cocos nucifera will not do well in San Diego.

I have a great microclimate next to my house on a south facing wall and I tend on at least using soil heating cables
to help it along. Saying that, I want to get as big a specimen as possible and HD and Lowes just don't have anything in my sizer, as it were.
