Vandas won't bloom

We have moved vandas around the yard and still can't find the spot to make them bloom. In morning sun, they turn yellow. In shady areas, they take on a rich green but won't bloom. We are at sea level on the Kona side of the Big Island near the ocean. Winter temps 68/82, summer 78/87. All are mounted on palms or other trees. We have two Vascostylis Viboon Velvet Perfection. One blooms in dappled shade, the other one does not. None of the other 10 or so show any signs of blooms.

Any ideas?
