I planted a Poinciana tree 3 or 4 years ago, and it's getting big--well over 20 feet tall now. But no blooms. I've heard they don't bloom until they're 5, but then someone told me they probably won't bloom at my elevation, 1400 feet.

It's a pretty tree just in leaf, but flowers would be spectacular, any chance?
