Hibiscus Clayi
I did some research and discovered this very rare, endangered hibiscus, Hibiscus Clayi. Apparently, there are only like four trees left on this one island in Hawaii. I'd like to grow one, because I like having realtively obscure plants, and I'd love to be able to say "there's only like 4 non-cultivated specimens in the world"
Am I out of my mind or is it possible to get something like this? If anyone in Hawaii is close enough to swipe me a seed pod or two then I could arrange a trade, maybe some blue bonnents. They come in maroon now.....
