You've got a great wall there, I like the curves on the sides of the steps, much nicer than a square corner.

I think I would plant something that would drape over the edge right on the curve, maybe one of the trailing hydrangeas? There are also some really nice non-invasive honeysuckle vines that will bloom all summer. Or even an annual vine, such as a potato vine - the burgundy one would look really nice with the brick you have.

Just some suggestions to mull over ....

jeanner- Thanks for the suggestions. The only problem with having something drape over the edge is the shedding that will fall into the pool. We're trying to avoid that. Thanks, though! Glad you like it!
