Well do u want tropical or a hardy hibiscus?

For tropicals check out exotichibiscus.com or do a search for hidden valley hibiscus. Ive bought from both places and have nice plant.

If you want a hardy one just go to a local nursery or home depot and get one.

Also if u see a tropical one you like try to take cuttings and grow it that way.

There is also a hibiscus exchange forum here....even with none to trade, some people may offer cuttings for postage. I have bought several new cajun hibiscus this spring and plan on trying to root many cuttings this at the end of summer for trade!!! Hopefully you'll still be visiting around then!!!!
