My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Nat'l Hibiscus Day

Just a cheerful note to celebrate these beauties. I went outside to visit them all today and 7 different kinds were blooming. CR..ROS...tropical, doubled...and one I call peppermint twist... every one of them was the prettiest thing Ive seen. About the only thing that beats them is....another one!!
