My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

WANTED: hostas with interesting scapes or flowers

I have some 450 hostas in my yard (3 years of collecting) I would like to do some things with flower color and scape color in my breeding program. If you have any unique plants to suggest I would be open to trade. With 450 diff plants I will not list all that I have to trade to you. Thanks, -Ross
