My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    They are custom made drapes. The fabric is from Kravet.

      The colors are so deceiving, BM Latte is very red, I do not see any red in these pictures and, SW Antique White? it's tannish? BM Latte and SW Antique White do not look good from the paint fans, is this the true colors?

      I'm thinking the fabric for the drapes is kendo Lagoon. Malabar Coast Collection. Would love that verified by the designer. Beautiful room/home

      Calocat - now that I look more closely, you are probably correct with serene mineral blue. Beautiful. 100% silk. It's so hard to tell from seeing fabric swatches on line
