My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Delicious pepper

Earlier in the spring I planted a couple of seeds of Mariachi hybrid from Tomato Growers Supply. They are an improved Santa Fe Grande type pepper.

Ripens to yellow and red, they are 2X4 inches and shaped like a blocky jalapeno.

I like heat, but not breathtaking pain. These are quite mild and still have a bite. I like them so much, I am rooting two from my plant and have just planted more seeds today.

500-600 Scoville units and highly recommended.
