Hi Linda,

I would start out by changing your mix and maybe going to smaller pots. My mix is coir and perlite, but any potting mix with about half perlite added would be fine. And the pot should be no bigger than the root ball plus an inch or two.

I would cut the kerrii back - whack it all the way down to that one homely leaf, and I would even take that leaf off. I know - that only leaves you with three small leaves. But that's ok. A good whacking will promote new growth, and as the days get longer, it'll start growing. (But also remember that variegates grow slower than their green counterparts...) That one lonely leaf out on the vine - I would leave a bit of stem on and try to root back in with the mother plant, or separately if you prefer.

Lauterbachii looks like a goner to me, but the stem is still green and I never give up until the fat lady sings. So I would probably downsize into a smaller pot as suggested above and keep it in a humid environment, like a humidity dome or aquarium setup, until it warms up enough to put it outside. Putting them outside, for me, often brings back what seemed like an almost dead plant.

Your last one, which I'm pretty sure is just a clone of carnosa, is probably fine. I'm not sure what the pocking at the tips is - what it makes me think of is what some of mine look like after my kitties have nibbled them a bit, but I suppose it could just be a result of dry air or being near a heating vent. I'd just give it a good daily misting and see how it does.
