It's hard to say for sure, but usually these things have to do with a watering issue.

It sounds like you have done well, making sure it's in a nice well-draining medium, and putting it in an idyllic southern window. It's possible it just needs some time to turn things around, especially since you've repotted and moved it.

A lot of the time, when you piss a Hoya off, it will drop some leaves, and then return to forward progress after the problem stabilizes. It still looks like it's in good shape other than a few yellow leaves, so I wouldn't worry too much as long as it stops dropping leaves soon.

I grow alot of H. Ropes. And I have occasional yellowing of a leaf here and there. So it might just be losing a leaf which it will replace. Unless however it did look much better and now has took a bad turn??

The bottom drainage pot caught my eye. You make sure not to leave any standing water in there right? If it stands in water that can be a big problem!

Hi ghost and Teisa, thanks for your input. I shall try and stop worrying then. Hopefully it will settle. There are no more yellowing leaves. Teisa I have repotted it into the outer pot in the pic. It has drainage holes so won't sit in water. Thanks again folks, take care
