Hoya Longifolia Blooming!

I am new to the forum but I have purchased 8 different Hoyas at my local nurseries and I am excited to have my very first bloom!

Hi there sanantonio and welcome to the forum!

Nice flowers, however this is a Hoya shepherdii and not a H. longifolia. This is a quite common mix-up.

Welcome to the board. You will get a lot of information on growing hoyas if you stick around.

Looks like a H. Shepherdii and this is one of my favorite hoyas. I just love the long leaves and blossoms. Do they have a sweet fragrance?

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the blooms! I have H. shepherdii as well, with peduncles, but no blooms as of yet. It's a great Hoya to have!

My H. Shepherdii's peduncles have tiny buds on them, so I'll have blooms soon.
