My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

dimensions of the sitting area?

I know this seems odd, but I am currently in the planning stages of a new home and see a potential in the floorplan for a space like this. Yours looks so well thought out and not cramped at all.... so what is the dimensions of the sitting area.... mostly the depth?

    I do not understand these companies not sharing. What is the purpose of posting these pictures if not to share? In my business you give you get; all this silence gives to potential clients is that this company is not people friendly. That hardly attracts customers.

    Katey, by showing us images of their projects they ARE sharing their ideas. Although I am always happy to receive a reply to a Houzz question, I see no reason why anyone should feel obligated to answer - unless Houzz has them on retainer...
