Hello all. I have two questions.

I am in Mexico and wonder how high up (eg. how many flights in a building) hummers will fly up to check out a feeder??? I've seen a few hummers, but hope to get a closer view. I was going to put a feeder out on our balcony. Worth a shot?

Secondly - would I use the same recipe here? I seem to remember reading somewhere that you either increase or decrease the amount of sugar depending on the season etc. I use 1 part sugar : 4 parts water.
