The short answer is yes. The wetlands and the zoo should attract hummingbirds to your general location; now it's up to you to bring them to your yard.

There are many hummingbird plants for your area. If you have a fence or a trellis the best would be the coral honeysuckle, in my opinion. It's in bloom now, but there are many others that will be blooming in the summer. Another sure fire plant for your area is the firebush or hamelia patens. I put a link to it below. By the way, I live in Clermont, just west of Orlando and my brother lives near you in Satellite Beach.
