Well-Sweep Herb Farm is a nursery with many native plants in Warren County, NJ. I hear good things about them. They raise their plants with minimal pesticides and chemicals and such. I'm sure you could find some of the plants you are looking for here.

Also, the NJ Audubon society has a native plant sale every year at their Scherman-Hoffman center in Bernardsville. I don't know if you are looking for native plants specifically, but native plant sales are some of the best places I know of to find hummingbird plants. I've attached the link with the information for the sale below. You'll see the link for the list of plants at the top of the page. I have not seen any hummers yet either, but the only thing blooming in my yard right now is Lonicera sempervirens.
