It's kentiana, but it's probably more likely wayetti. Wayetti is often sold as kentiana.

There is also Hoya kenejiana but it has large thinner leaves and yellow star shaped flowers.

Here is a photo comparison of the flowers of three of these closely related species. Hoya wayettii tends to have dark leaf margins but apparently so can Hoya kentiana, wayettii also has green peduncles. This whole group of Hoyas is still being figured out and there are many very similar plants found in the Pacific islands and the Philippines.
