Pretty much the same as you Ken they are all around me before they appear at my place and even there seems to be one scouting this area my regulars are not here yet that may take a few days, usually does.

I live 15 miles east of Indy and just saw my first hummer a few minutes ago. He/she came up and checked out one of my feeders and quickly flew away without taking a drink. They are here and the fun begins!

When my first arrived he perched and drank for a full minute I would say, seemed to be well schooled on feeders. But I have not had a visitor in at least the last 24hrs when I have watched. As you say let the fun begin.

No regulars yet, I see one every couple of days. But did see my first female yesterday. But it is still early I dont look for action to pick up here till at least mid may or later.
