Don't know that one. I'm always looking for native or anerican honeysuckles. What else does it say. I know several gardeners here now. Been here 2 yrs. Succulents don't fare well here.

I think that the plant you are referring to is Lonicera tatarica. Haven't grown it myself. Looks lovely.

Hmm it is lovely, but you might want to check your states invasive listings,appears this one like Lonicera japonica is quite a concern.

Hi Cody,
I've grown several types of the honeysuckle shrubs. I have grown the Honeyrose - Lonicera x honeyrose but I was not as happy with the coloring and fragrance of the flowers as much as I was with the Lonicera tatarica 'Arnold Red so I replaced all the the honeyrose with that one. I'm in a different growing zone than you are so they may grow a bit different for you.
