I have four planted and one is starting to bloom and all have buds but one single one that is only about 4 feet away from the blooming one has very pale leaves, almost yellow. It is growing, just not as fast. I did amend the soil and the drainage is good. The soil stays damp in this area though. I wonder if it could be too much dampness but I heard that the B&B is a little more tollerant then other salvias with moisture in the soil. The roots aren't wet though. I also added some lime around the plant to help with alkalinity in the soil since it is acedic soil. Any other ideas or are these my problems? The conditions seem to be all the same with all of them.
