These vines in pots - how long will they grow

Hi,

I planted cardinal climber, nasturtiums, morning glory(heavenly blue and old fashion) in trays about 5inch deep and 2 ft wide. What is the length these vines grow in small containers hanging in a deck? And how long to bloom from germination?
