My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

A very good day!

This is our first year to put up our bluebird houses. When we noticed the bluebirds investigating one of them we got in gear and put up the others so they would have a selection.

While we were concentrating on watching the bluebirds we almost missed the little hummer guy that was visiting our nectar feeder!

He was patient with us though and hung around feeding for awhile before flying off to who knows where..

Yep, today was a very good day! The hummers have found Trenton, Ontario. =)
